On a weekend morning, I climbed the hill between Sillim and Bongcheon for quite a while.
A brunch cafe in a secluded residential area? The location is unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I opened the door and stepped inside, the Christmas tree was the first thing to catch my eye.
\u2018Teddy bears wearing clothes that say 'DOUGH MANSION' are hanging on the tree.
I wondered if they had left it there even though the season had passed, but at this point, it seems to be the shop's signature decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is cozy. About three or four tables.
The wooden materials, warm lighting, and paintings on the wall blend together to create a cozy atmosphere.
Christmas decorations are wrapped around the lights as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bacon & Scallions sour cream<\/a>, It consists of homemade spicy mayo and portion butter.
It said it was a best-seller, so I ordered it first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The composition on the plate is substantial.
Golden-brown toasted rye bread and flower-shaped jambon,

Take a bite of the bread spread with whole grain mustard and butter.
It was baked well, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It's good because it's not tough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jambon is light and soft.
French fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a fluffy texture like sweet potatoes.
The bacon crumble was also good, cooked well without being hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of brunch is definitely the scrambled eggs.
The moist and soft scrambled eggs are like a sauce in themselves.
It tastes so good that you don't even need a separate sauce when eaten on bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brunch menus are bound to be pretty similar at any restaurant,
Since each element was well-cooked, it felt paradoxically distinctive.
I was satisfied with the first plate, so I ordered another one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smoked salmon, avocado, and a poached egg are placed on top of rye bread.
Hollandaise sauce was drizzled over it.
Next to it are cherry tomatoes and lemon wedges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I break the poached egg, the yolk flows out.
A combination of tender salmon, creamy avocado, and nutty hollandaise.
An exotic spice called duca hit me pleasantly. It is a Middle Eastern spice with a nutty aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I thought it would have been better if I had eaten this first.
The brunch platter I had earlier was seasoned more heavily, so the delicate flavor of the Benedict felt a bit masked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personally, I was more satisfied with the brunch platter.
It has a standard composition, but each element is well-crafted, leaving a lasting impression.
