Octopus can easily become tough.
It was cooked evenly and uniformly, and was soft all the way through.
It was a dish of a quality that allowed you to instantly recognize the owner's cooking skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a restaurant that displayed sophisticated craftsmanship, which is rare in Goheung.
Local ingredients and unique fusion food are also fun.
I had an enjoyable meal because even the basics were good.
