I stopped by for dinner during my trip to Buyeo.
Country-style fried chickenIt is an old-fashioned fried chicken restaurant located in the center of Buyeo-eup.
It also appeared on Baek Jong-won's Top 3 Chefs.
It is the most well-known store in the area.

A variety of chicken-based menu items are available.
In addition to Whole Chicken - Small (13,000 won), Whole Chicken (19,000 won), and Chicken with Green Onions (20,000 won)
There is a line of chicken specialty dishes such as fried gizzards, fried ginseng, and samgyetang.
Since I came alone, I ordered a small whole chicken.

Once you take a seat, the basic side dishes are served first.
Shredded cabbage, seasoned cucumber, cubed radish kimchi, and a small bowl of salt.

The retro hall, with its wooden panel walls and dark grid ceiling, creates an attractive atmosphere.
The interior is lively because the customer turnover is fast.
The framed handwritten menu hanging on the wall is heartwarming.

Inside the hall, there is a separate seating area partitioned by wooden dividers.
By taking off your shoes before entering,
It is a good corner for group guests to sit quietly.

The golden whole chicken is served placed directly on a kitchen towel.
The first thing that catches your eye is the thickness of the batter.
It is thickly coated, and when you bite into it, it has a crunchy texture that crumbles like a cookie.

Although the salt hasn't permeated every nook and cranny evenly,
