Side dishes and plain rice are ordered separately, and soju and beer are 5,000 won each.

Looking at the country of origin labeling, rice, aged kimchi, and napa cabbage are domestic,
The bones are from the US, while the chili powder, crab, and squid are from China.

Dried cabbage bone hangover soup (10,000 won)

The earthenware pot came out heavy.
The broth is a vivid orange color from the red pepper powder, and the dried cabbage fills it as if wrapping around the bones.

The side dishes included two boiled eggs, cubed radish kimchi, seasoned beans, seasoned greens, and even chili peppers.
About six different items were served in small bowls. Plain rice is also served as a standard side dish.
The taste is decent. It is a bone haejanguk that is not too spicy and has a clean flavor.

Aged Kimchi Bone Soup (11,000 won)
Aged kimchi pork bone soup is a dish you encounter particularly often in restaurants in the Jeonnam region.
It seems the saying that Jeolla-do is the place for aged kimchi isn't just a meaningless phrase.
The broth is slightly richer and has a sour taste than dried cabbage.

It has a slightly unfamiliar taste for a typical bone haejanguk, but
The distinctive acidity of aged kimchi was infused into the broth, making this one more suitable for a hangover cure.
The meat attached to the bone was also well cooked, so I could easily separate it from the bone without much effort.

Jeolla-do kimchi has many types of salted seafood and thick seasoning.
As it ages, the acidity and umami flavors develop deeply.
For this reason, Jeolla Province's love for aged kimchi is widely known beyond the province to the entire nation.

I felt a little better after my first success in two days.
