The hall was quiet as it was right before closing time.
Since we were planning to have a quick meal and go for a second round,
They said the deadline was fast approaching, but
I received guidance.

Salt-grilled/Marinated grilled 120g 22,000 won,
Yukhoe/Mungtigi 100g 12,000 won.
The price is reasonable for Korean beef.
It's a bit of a shame that there is no information about the rating, but
Rather than the feel of a premium Hanwoo restaurant
It seems like a small, affordable Korean beef restaurant in the neighborhood.

There is also a separate lunch special (12–14h),
It is said that aged mungtigi is served on weekends and holidays.

Mungtigi 100g (12,000 won)

Mungtigi is a local dish from Daegu and Gyeongbuk,
It is named that because raw meat is cut into large chunks.
The unwritten rule for Mungtigi is that it is so sticky it won't fall off even if you turn the plate upside down.

It is said that shank was mainly used in the past.
Nowadays, cuts that are easy to prepare, like the round, such as beef sashimi
It has changed a lot.

The difference between Yuk Sashimi and Mungtigi

If you pick up a piece, it is firm and chewy.
Dipping it in oil adds another layer of nuttiness.
There is nothing better than this as a snack to go with drinks.

It comes with a mix of various cuts, including rib meat.
Each part has a different texture, so it is fun to pick and choose what to eat.

I was originally planning to try the marinated grilled meat as well.
The salt-grilled meat was delicious, so we ordered three more servings.
(Of course, that photo doesn't exist either.)

I visited a Korean beef restaurant without high expectations.
The quality of the meat is better than what you perceive in the photo
It tasted much better and the price was reasonable, so
I had a satisfying meal.

I think I will look for Hanwoo to eat again the next time I visit Gyeongju.
A restaurant that lived up to its reputation as a famous Gyeongju Hanwoo restaurant.
If all the Hanwoo restaurants in Gyeongju are this good, it would be worth eating at.
